DESCRIPTION:NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Class at the Club House and Pistol Range \n\n03/29/26 09:00 AM EST\n - 03/29/26 05:00 PM EST\Description:\nAn NRA Certified Instructor will teach the Basics of Safe Gun Handling and Shooting. \n\nParticipants will learn the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a gun safely. \nThrough this course the students will learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety pistol shooting fundamentals, and pistol shooting activities.\nOther topics include firearm care and cleaning… Storage Options… and Selection… this 8-hour course provides hands-on learning.\nAfter the classroom portion is completed the live fire practice will be conducted at "Flagler Gun and Archery Club. at the pistol range. \nPlease arrive early to complete the registration process, Complete the club liability waiver, pay your student fees, and pickup your student packet. \nPlease bring a notepad/notebook, writing utensil, and other student materials. \nA Light lunch will be provided. (Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions, as you may need to bring your own lunch.) \nThe cost of the class is $120.00, or $100.00 for Flagler Gun and Archery Club Members.
