Long Shot Rifleman Match

LOCATION: 200 yard rifle range

Match DATES: Saturday, 3/16/2024
Saturday, 5/11/2024

TIME: Registration at 7:30 AM, first shots 8:00 AM

This 20 round for record club match is shot according to CMP Vintage Sniper rules.

COURSE OF FIRE:

Unlimited sighters in 5 min

10 rounds fired on command in 20 second per shot increments on a SR-42 simulated 300 yd target (MR-52, 600 yd target for bench shooters)

Unlimited sighters in 5 min

10 rounds fired on command in 20 second per shot increments on a MR-52 simulated 600 yd target (NRA C-2 target for bench shooters)

SUPPORT:

Vintage: You may use a front support or a sling, not both. The front support must be a non-adjustable rest or bag. No rear bag.

Modern: May use the same as Vintage or a tactical style bi-pod (i.e. Harris).

ELIGIBLE RIFLE CLASSES:

Vintage class: Rifles meeting CMP Games Rule book Table 7- Vintage Sniper Rifles and Scopes

Modern class: Any centerfire rifle meeting club rules. No muzzle brakes.

OPTIC: Not required. Period optic allowed under CMP Games Rule book Table 7 for Vintage class. Any optic for Modern class.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to adults, and juniors 11 years of age and older (with adult).

FEES: $10 for members, $20 for non-members
